Dr A Virmani, Consultant Psychotherapist (MB BS; BSc Hons; DCH-Diploma in Child Health, associate member of BABCP ), EMDR and CBT Therapist, is an ex-Paediatrician and has several years of experience in General and Acute Psychiatry, now practising as Psychotherapist specialising in Child & Adolescent Disorders and PTSD, also offering CBT for all major Psychiatric Disorders in adults. She has been practising as a Consultant Psychotherapist for many years and has successfully treated many cases of Stress, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), Bipolar Disorder, manic Depression, all types of Phobias, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and many other common as well as resistant Psychiatric and Psychological problems and disorders.

She is also a Psychological wellbeing Practitioner and a Life coach taking care of all the psychological and other needs of her clients to make their life a successful and a happy one helping to achieve their life goals more efficiently and with full confidence.

Her past paediatric experience has given her advantage of necessary medical knowledge to treat her clients in Child & Adolescent group and her many years of Psychiatric experience gives her advantage when providing therapy for adult population.

Dr Virmani works with an expert team of Psychiatrists, Private GPs, Psychologists and Psychotherapists hence when needed she would make the most appropriate referral to other colleagues to provide the best possible care for her patients/clients and necessary referral for inpatient treatment could also be arranged.

Dr Virmani is also the Medical Director for Good Mental Health-UK.
